10:44 am: Color Theory: simulated transparency

Objective: use different colors of cardstock to simulate the transparency and visual blending you'd find in tissuepaper.
I'm turning this one in today, and despite spending WAY too much time on it, I still don't really like it. Hopefully, I managed to do what the teacher wanted. It was a very difficult assignment.
Someone needs to be proud of me for not slitting my wrists/cutting off a finger or four with the exacto knife.

10:39 am: Digitial Film and Video: Ten Picture Story
( Ten Picture Story )Objective: clearly tell a story with a beginning, middle, and end in ten pictures - no more, no less.
My grade: my ten picture story was selected by the teacher as the most evokative use of color and framing. She especially liked the frame I dutch'd. A+

10:37 am: Colory Theory: complementary colors

Objective: use complementary colors - in this case, red/green orange/blue - to create a design.
My grade: A+, despite the terrible matting job. My exacto knife ate the paper. Apparently, it was delicious matboard.

10:34 am: Color Theory: Warm and Cool Colors

Objective: do one design/picture in warm scale colors, and another in cool scale colors.
I got an A+ on this assignment, and it will be hung in the "exemplary student art" section of the school :D. These scans aren't the best, so I will be re-scanning it sometime this week.
